Floors, walls, furniture and other movable or fixed assets

2. Create a Plan

Lahore Cleaning Service develops a tailor-made programme using information from the site inspection. The programme includes schedules and checklists for all cleaning activities.

Project managers inspect the checklists to confirm that services are delivered at the quality and frequency defined in the scope.

3. Implement the Plan

Once the scope and programme are defined, Lahore Cleaning Service:

Sources required staff through interviewing and vetting
Provides foundational / Level 1 cleaning instruction
Supplies the required PPE, equipment and consumables

The service is then implemented on site according to the agreed schedule.

4. Monitor and Re-evaluate

Operations officers monitor the site daily by reviewing submitted checklists.

Weekly site inspections can include audits, on-site training, deliveries, risk management and mitigation. Feedback is then provided to project managers.
